Most Personal Trainers are not as booked as they’d like to be. You may be great when it comes to program design and execution, and clients may stay with you forever once they start working with you, but getting the potential client in the first place is eluding you. It needs to begin with your business vision, and it IS “your business’ whether you’re working for a club or you’re on your own. Once you define where you want to be, you need the business skills to take you there. You will leave this workshop with a defined course of action.
In this 5 hour Business Success Intensive, you will clarify your vision and learn how to define your brand, product, and market, how to network in that target market, how to use social media marketing to enhance your connection with your market, interview potential clients, and how to sell in a way that is relaxed and positive.

Defining Your Business Vision - “If you don’t know where you’re going, how will you know when you get there” – anon. To plan the steps needed to take you to your goal, that goal needs to be clearly defined. In essence, learn to periodize your business.
Defining Your Target Market - A Personal Trainer that says they can “do everything” is actually saying that they specialize in nothing. Learn the importance of finding your niche and why narrowing your target market will make you a more sought after Trainer.
The Art of Connecting- Whether it’s at a party, a Chamber of Commerce meeting, or Facebook, you need to be able to connect with your target market. Along with face-to-face networking opportunities and techniques, we will discuss how to maximize social media marketing in detail.
Selling Is NOT Selling Out – Being a good Personal Trainer does not assure you that you will have clients. You need to be able to sell the benefits of your services. Learn how to make the act of selling can be a positive experience for you and your potential client.
